Red Rock Software Obtains Exclusive Distribution and Development Rights to Windows Version of DeltaGraph from SPSS Inc.

Salt Lake City, Utah - May 14, 2003 - Red Rock Software today announced it has obtained the exclusive distribution and development rights to the Windows® version of DeltaGraph® from SPSS Inc. (Nasdaq: SPSS), a leader in providing predictive analytics technology and services to business users, research analysts, and independent software vendors. Red Rock Software will consolidate development efforts to support and enhance both the Macintosh® and Windows versions of DeltaGraph.

"We strongly believe that DeltaGraph is a superior alternative to many of the more common data analysis and presentation solutions available in the market," said Craig Hopson, CEO of Red Rock Software. "With this agreement, we are committed to maintaining and improving upon this solution for our customers both today and in the future."

"DeltaGraph is award-winning software that has been successful in exceeding its user’s needs," said Bob Kemper, vice president of tools and technology at SPSS Inc. "We are fully confident that Red Rock Software will continue to build on DeltaGraph's success."

DeltaGraph 5 software helps researchers, analysts, and managers who work with complex sets of data to collect, analyze and present their findings in a visually compelling and memorable manner. Users may develop a broad spectrum of 2D and 3D graphs and charts selecting from among 80 different chart and graph types with over 200 styles. The flexible program includes a chart advisor and style libraries that enable users to quickly edit and arrange legends, grids, and pictures anywhere on a chart to achieve a greater level of impact and readability.

DeltaGraph 5 is fully integrated with Microsoft® Office applications, enabling Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint® users create DeltaGraph charts within each program. This integration eliminates the need to switch between applications to produce graphs and charts. DeltaGraph can also be used as a standalone application that links to data in Microsoft Excel so that charts are automatically updated as information changes.

In addition to charting and graphing capabilities, DeltaGraph's Formula Builder, with 50 statistical and other mathematical functions, shortens the time it takes to analyze data from a variety of angles. Final results and findings can be published as paper reports, electronic presentations, or Web documents.
