Customer Showcase
Dr. Noor Ahmed-Ebbiary MB, Ch.B, MD, FROG, MFFP, DGO, a long-time customer of DeltaGraph, has been using the product for over 13 years to help publish his medical research in human reproduction. “I came across version 1.5 when I was working at the University of Sheffield (approximately early 1990). Since that time, I have owned every version/upgrade of DeltaGraph.”

“I have used/owned other charting programs, for example, Cricket Graph 1.5, Cricket Graph III, Graph Master, Lotus, Excel, KaleidaGraph v. 3.0, Sigmaplot, etc., but none of them has lasted long with me. I’ve also used the charting facilities of statistics software including Systat, Statistica, MacSpin, JMP, and StatView. None of them has served me as well as DeltaGraph.”

“DeltaGraph has always been an invaluable tool for the following reasons:

  1. Data entry, import, and export of data are so easy. Furthermore, the same data sheet, or part of it, may be used to produce as many graphs as I want. Other features, e.g. transposing data and use of special characters in the data sheet, are not available in other charting software.
  2. The wealth of types of charts which can be generated, for almost any kind of data and for various purposes, e.g., scientific charts, industry-related presentations, etc.
  3. Flexibility and user-friendly features to edit charts or change from one type to another.
  4. Specific features relevant to scientific charts, which are lacking in mainstream charting software, e.g., axis break, error bar options, etc.
  5. Finally, the whole presentation can be prepared and presented using DeltaGraph without the need to use additional presentation software such as PowerPoint.”

Dr. Ahmed-Ebbiary has used DeltaGraph “almost exclusively” for creating charts and graphs used in his published work and presentations at national and international conferences. His publication on the significance of elevated basal follicle stimulating hormone in regularly menstruating infertile women was selected by the editors of Year Book of Obstetrics and Gynecology (1995) and Obstetrical and Gynecological Survey(1995) to appear in their publications [1]. He was further awarded the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) diploma and prize for one of the best oral presentation at the 11th ESHRE meeting for his presentation of physiological endocrine changes in the human dominant follicle microenvironment during the mid-late follicular phase [2].
